The local incident management team for the Philippine Development Forum 2016
The Davao City Incident Management Team came up with three Incident Action Plans for Oplan Kaluluwa 2016. The Davao City DRRMO utilized an Incident Command System (ICS) to manage Undas, ensuring public safety throughout the long weekend.
The Davao City Incident Management Team, in an after activity meeting, reported that no untoward incidents happened throughout the Undas 2016 weekend. Minor injuries and medical concerns have been recorded but these have been addressed by volunteers deployed throughout key areas of convergence. The Davao City DRRMO conducted a community emergency response training for drug surrenderers as part of a reformation plan of the government that includes them in a Disaster Action Team. Graduates of this training are poised to be reintegrated back in their communities as disaster responders.
